The 5000m² plant stands on an area of 13,000m² and is divided into independent units dedicated to specific processes, organized in compliance with the health regulations applicable to buildings used for pharmaceutical production.
We use a wide range of equipment, including extractors, distillers, hydraulic presses and mills, to produce extracts and derivatives of herbs, plants and fruits. Flavourings are produced using homogenizers, separators, concentrators, mixers and various other apparatuses required for processing and controlled temperature storage.
Component dosage is controlled by a computerized system that is interfaced to communicate between the formulas and the electronic scales, implementing barcode checking of ingredients and automatic dose verification. The system is connected to online warehouse management, with uploading and downloading as per formula, feasibility verification, inventories, re-orders, deadlines, and all that is required to manage the lots and achieve instant traceability of each component in the production chain.
Qualitycontrol uses state-of-the-art equipment that meets high regulatory standards and product certification requirements, as well as customer demands.
The specialist personnel involved at all stages possess the necessary technical qualifications and experience, working in compliance with our usual confidentiality parameters.
The corporate cycle uses custom software, in-house created and constantly updated, combining all operations - commercial, production, quality control and related certification and logistics.
The company has acquired all the permits required to run its business and in 1998 was one of the first ever in this sector to be awarded the UNI EN ISO 9001 (registration no. 1574) certification. Consequently all corporate phases respond to and comply with procedures laid down by the quality system.
