Our commitment is to diffusing it while simultaneously adapting
it to specific local palate preferences, at the same time working
in compliance with the practices and certification requirements
of the importing countries.
Janoušek production always involves its R&D department in
individual development of an original recipe. In addition to the
originality and exclusivity of each flavouring, we have the expertise
to intervene at any time and work on any specific detail so as
to vary, adjust and structure the aroma to meet your specifications
or market demands.
One of the strengths of our production system is its insistence
on quality before, during and after processing. In other words,
all production and extraction processes are scrupulously undertaken
in accordance with the work methodologies refined over the years.
We have built up significantly long-term relationships with a
number of customers and in some cases we are still supplying the
same product as 60 years ago, during which time the original recipe
has remained unchanged, and continues in use – a philosophy based
on service and continuity so as to offer each customer their product,
always.
Production follows rigorous, certified procedures and the ingredients
used are previously selected and evaluated by the QC laboratory.
The laboratory also checks the finished product and issues the
analysis certificate as well as such other special certifications
as are required by the different types of industry where the flavourings
are to be used. The skilled professionals who supervise production
and quality control operate in strict observance of precise protocols,
including access to confidential information. Needless to say,
they are properly qualified with degrees in, variously, chemistry,
pharmaceutical chemistry and technologies, pharmacy, food science
and herbal sciences.
