Given that the flavouring's intrinsic quality is not the only element necessary in creating an ongoing relationship of trust with the customer, we want to focus on all those aspects that contribute to successful supply: rapid response, meeting deadlines, careful shipping, pre- and post-sales technical support, knowledge of international legislation governing the import and use of flavourings and, last but not least, the ability to communicate with the customer linguistically.
We develop relationships with select customers abroad who are drawn to our distinctive style - custom-made supplies, exclusive to the area or category concerned, and always in accord with our centuries-old traditions and experience.
